I guess the warnings should have been more apparent, but last night some of the local indigenous peoples did not take kindly to Dr. Weems late night ruckuses. Before we managed to retreat into the ruins they managed to kill or critically wound a majority of my domestic load bearers and guides.Tomorrow if I can get a solid connection I will use my satellite phone to call my lawyer.
